What is normal? We are in a unique time right now, and the invitation is to choose a new normal, rather than going back to the old one, as we move from sheltering in place to once again being out in the world. Using the spiritual practices of introspection, self awareness and practicing the presence, and basing our lives in the principle of oneness, we get to choose what we want our new normal to look like. We get to create our new normal.
